Poland Bridge (Most) is a non-profit organization based in Warsaw.
Our mission is to support the integration of immigrants and refugees and help them enter the Polish job market.
We work with people who are already in Poland legally and help them take the next step: learn the language, understand workplace culture, and become part of a team.
We also work with companies that need reliable staff – especially in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
We connect them with people who want to build a long-term future in Poland.
We act responsibly and transparently: we support participants with language, cultural and legal adaptation, and we support companies in onboarding and retaining new team members.
Candidates are referred to us by partner companies or agencies.
We check legal status, motivation to work, and basic profile/skills.
Participants receive Polish-for-work language basics, safety rules, and workplace culture training.
We also teach how to communicate with supervisors and teams.
